Mike Redaelli - Creative Director - Reputation Capital Media

Mike Redaelli is creative director at Reputation Capital, a role that draws on his extensive experience in visual communication, brand management and product development. You can most often find Mike in his lab, meticulously creating and reviewing each deliverable to assure that it belongs on the top shelf. Prior to joining Reputation Capital, he spent nearly a decade in the toy and novelty industry, developing, designing and marketing what essentially amounts to joy for children across the world. Following a great run heading up a small design firm, Mike joined forces with Reputation Capital to help them take over the world…of content marketing.

Mike is currently on the Dean’s List of The School of Hard Knocks, an institution that he has attended for nearly 35 years. There is no graduation date currently set. He also has an A.A.S. in Digital Arts. He has taken an adventurous career path which has included luthiery (guitar building), record store clerking and gas meter reading. The desire to expand his experience and knowledge bases while remaining close to the creative coalface are what makes him tick.

When Mike isn’t awkwardly writing about himself in the third person, he enjoys cultural and scholarly pursuits such as art, reading, writing, sporting and eating. He is a native Clevelander who views that as a positive.
